Every year, thousands of Non-Resident Indian couples return to India to celebrate their wedding — bringing together diaspora family and friends from around the world with their Indian family and heritage. Coordinating a wedding from London, New York, or Dubai is complex. Coordinating your wedding photography from abroad adds another layer of challenge.

At Weddings Mafia, approximately 25% of our annual bookings come from NRI couples. We have built our consultation and delivery systems specifically to serve international clients seamlessly.

How to Choose a Wedding Photographer from Abroad

Step 1: Virtual Portfolio Review

We send every prospective NRI client a curated set of 5 complete wedding galleries (not just highlights) via a private online link. Review these at your own time, across multiple sessions, to understand our full capability.

Step 2: Video Consultation

Book a 45-minute Google Meet or Zoom consultation with our founder Ritik Dixit. We recommend scheduling this at a time that works for your international timezone — we accommodate EST, GMT, GST, and AEDT time zones.

Step 3: References from Previous NRI Clients

We provide references from NRI couples we have previously photographed — in their city if possible. Hearing directly from someone who managed the entire process from abroad is tremendously reassuring.

Step 4: International Payment

We accept international bank transfers, PayPal, and Wise for our NRI clients. We provide all necessary documentation for foreign currency transactions.

• Film delivery: 4K video files via Google Drive or WeTransfer
• Physical album: International courier delivery to your country of residence
• Raw files: Available on request (extra charge), delivered via secure cloud storage
